This agreement is between Revo vzw (enterprise number 0786.706.523), located at
Sint-Salvatorstraat 5, 9000 Gent (“the Venue”, “we”, “us”), and the performing artist or act
identified in the booking confirmation form this agreement is linked from (“the Artist”, “you”).
The specific date, showtime, and fee for this performance are the ones you confirmed in the
booking confirmation form. That submission, together with this document, is the agreement, see
Section 8.
– The fee is the amount confirmed in your booking form submission.
– In addition to the fee, the Artist and their party receive 3 drinks and 1 meal per person
on the night of the performance.
– Payment is made by invoice or through AKV, whichever you selected in the booking form.
– Payment is made within 14 days after the performance date.
Either party may cancel this booking at any time before the performance date. No fee is created
or owed by either side when a booking is cancelled, regardless of how much notice is given.
The Artist confirms that, unless otherwise declared in the booking form, all material performed
is their own original work. Where the Artist has declared cover material in the booking form
(song title and composer for each), the Artist is responsible for ensuring that material is
properly declared to SABAM for this performance. The Venue relies on the accuracy of what the
Artist declared in the booking form.
6. Technical requirements and promotion
The Artist provides a technical rider in advance via the booking form. The Artist’s bio,
Instagram handle, band photos, and any announcement notes provided in the booking form may be
used by the Venue to promote this performance (social media, listings, printed materials).
Neither party is liable for failure to perform this agreement due to circumstances beyond their
reasonable control (illness, accident, extreme weather, venue closure order, and similar).
By checking the confirmation box on the booking form and submitting it, the Artist agrees to the
terms of this document as they apply to the specific booking details confirmed in that
submission. No separate signature is required.
This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
